Description & Usage
Zydaclin Oral Drops is a prescription antibiotic intended to help treat a wide varitey of skin infections, specifically wounds and abscesses along with many dental bacteria infections. It prevents the infection from spreading and allows the immune system to kill the bacteria. It comes in a palatable flavored liquid.
Precautions & Side Effects
Zydaclin can cause mild gastrointestinal side effects (vomitting and diarrhea). Do not give Zydaclin if your pet is allergic to Clindamycin or similar antibiotics. Interactions may occur with some medications such as erythromycin or cyclosporine. Contact your veterinarian with a list of medication your pet is taking prior to using Zydaclin.
Clindamycin Hydrocloride liquid - 25mg/ml
Directions
Use as directed by your veterinarian. Do not stop the treatment prematurely even if your pet's condition improves.
Storage
Store at controlled room temperatures between 68° - 77°F away from moisture and heat.

How quickly does ZydaClin work?
ZydaClin should improve your pet's condition within days but you must follow the treatment to completion even if the symptoms have resolved as infections can recur and worsen if the medication is stopped prematurely.
